Take Note of Giving In - We do not want to give in to fear. We want to overlook it. When clouds of fear consume us, we start changing our behavior, permitting it to control us and keep us in the dark. Instead, we must reject fear by refusing to succumb to it. We must shine it away with enlightened thoughts, move past it by ignoring it, and deny the behavior it encourages. We are not meant to adjust to our fears but to extend out our love.

Take Note of Traveling - Our thoughts attract our experiences. If we do not realize the energy we are putting out, we will not expect the reflection coming back to us. Awareness of our energy output is the key to understanding the direction of the path we travel.

Take Note of Relationships - The exclusive, privileged, special relationship is one between egos. It is made and maintained by illusions. The individual relationship keeps us distracted from oneness and focused on our false individuality. The heart accepts no conditions for love, while the head thrives on distinctions and judgments. We enlighten our relationships through forgiveness, overlooking separation, and recognizing the energy we share.

Take Note of Light and Dark - Negative thoughts and feelings distract us from our sense of connection to love. The ideas are like storm clouds, heavy and dense with our increasing attachment to anger, defensiveness, impatience, judgment, and anxiety. The more we focus on our fears, the more separated we perceive ourselves to be from our shared energy. Enlighten each moment with brightness and overlook the clouds that keep us in the dark.

Take Note of the Pace - When we slow down in our daily activities, it becomes easier to take note of the moment. Paying attention to the events, circumstances, and tasks in the present enables us to recognize whether we feel bright or dark, connected or separated, loving or fearful. Use routine as an opportunity to remember our shared energy and purposefully choose the creative thoughts and feelings that design our future.

Take Note of the Conditions - Imagine every thought we have as a cloud. Without attending to the moment, we may quickly become enveloped by the overcast of our incessant thinking. However, with awareness of the conditions in our minds, we may reject the thoughts that do not serve us, forgiving fear and embracing love.
